Worried about the dangers of unnatural aspiration?

Detonation is often the source of problems with power adders.  Engine preservation  responsibilities of an owner and  installer are proper spark timing and adequate fuel supply.  If these issues are addressed responsibly detonation should not be a concern.

If you don't understand detonation, that's fine, we do.  Make sure you get help evaluating your fuel system and ignition before you bolt on that blower/NOS/turbo system.  A couple dollars in dyno analysis could save you several thousand if you hurt that motor with an inadequate fuel system.

At Blood Enterprises we often test these parameters by plotting the spark and fuel curves with the power delivery on the dyno.  This will tell us whether your car is creating power in a manner that is safe for your engine. 

Of course the more extreme a system gets the more the motor needs to be custom tailored to the application.  So expect the internal components to also be an issue when looking for really impressive horsepower gains.  Many modern stock motors can benefit from power adders safely when you install smart.
