Our ideal candidate would have the following:

A high level of interest in custom cars, drag racing or road racing. Great pride in the detailed appearance of their work. 2 or more years of automotive service experience. Accreditation from a professional training program. Limited welding experience Limited mill experience Limited lathe experience Personal or professional exposure to motorsports or hot rodding.

Not all these qualifications are required, but an ideal candidate would be motivated to acquire them here once employed.
