Polydyne Polymer coated JE pistons and Manly rods.

Aluminum Cobra SVT 4.6L block. with some deburring for improved oilflow.

Cobra SVT forged crank fully ballanced and counterweighted.

Stock cams with improved valvetrain in the works. Ti retainers too!

With some minor modifications and a new pulley on the idle/tensioner We were able to reroute the belt without using an A/C or power steering pump.

Still waiting for all the photos from the painter.

Note the FIA cobra trunk is deeper than the 427SC Cobra. And YES the original car had a fiberglass spare tire well too..

First coat of many. Satin silver.

Initial programming for Accel DFI start up.

Engine clears the hood opening by 1/4" on each side. best bet is to remove the valve covers for installation.

Original engine is grey, but a little powder coating is much cheaper and easier to clean than polished aluminum. Total cost was $125.00

12.5" brakes are not big for a Vette or Mustang but they are huge for a 2300lb Cobra.

Real cobras didn't get Alpine stereos, but mine will.

X-Brace from ERA is the biggest in the industry. At least the biggest I've seen.
